Bué-tiám: The Gift of Ending

In Taiwanese culture, before the banquet is over, the guests will receive the small gifts—Bué-tiám that host prepared elaborately. Most of them are sweet snacks and beverages. Towards the end of Taiwan Tea banquet, we focus on the water temperature. By demoing cold brew tea, we can enjoy the tea and the special dessert.

Temperature of tea brewing

Tea, has different flavors because of being brewed with different water temperatures. Let’s make tea! Start your own tea experiment. Let tea come into your life, and add a little dessert to enrich your life moments, the day only belongs to you.

 

Different types of tea have different characters. To determine the water temperature, it’s necessary to understand the characteristics of each tea attentively first, so that the taste of tea liquid can be well-presented; and the attempts of different brewing methods will also appear a new flavor of tea liquid.
